About Adobe Stock Credit Packs
Adobe Credit Packs let you purchase assets on Adobe Stock in a flexible and cost-effective way. When you purchase a pack, you have one year to redeem your credits to license specific content such as premium images, videos, editorial images, and other asset types.
The main characteristics of Credit Packs are the following:
-
Credit Packs may not follow or be aligned with the respective Adobe Customer Anniversary Date. Credit Packs expire after one year from the date of purchase, except in Japan, where credits expire after six months.
-
Unused credits expire after one year from the date of purchase as well, also with the exception of Japan, where credits expire after six months.
-
Credit Packs are not renewable, they will not be renewed by Adobe. The auto-renewal setting is turned off by default and it cannot be turned on.
-
Customers that run out of credits may purchase a new credit pack (or buy asset licenses as they need them). A newly purchased credit pack will have its own independent expiration date.
-
Credit Packs are not discounted.
-
3YC is not applicable to Credit Packs in terms of discounting and/or 3YC eligibility (Stock Credit Packs do not count as minimum committed quantity). Adobe Customers will benefit from price lock during the commitment period.
